Kansas City, Mo. - Central Methodist senior guard James Jordan was named the Heart Men's Basketball Player of the Week by the conference office Monday afternoon.

The Detroit, Mich. native led the Eagles to two victories including an 80-65 over Graceland and a narrow 83-79 victory over Clarke.

The 6-6 guard averaged 21.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 3.0 assists/game last week. He led the Eagles with 26 points on seven-of-14 shooting from the floor against the Yellowjackets 

Jordan and the Eagles are currently 4-2 and 2-0 in the conference.

Central will next face MidAmerica Nazarene University Wednesday, Nov. 30 at 7:30 p.m. in Olathe, Kan.
