Towe was a four-year starter for the Eagles men's basketball team, appearing in over 137 games. He was a four-year letterman who earned NAIA All-American honors in 2003. That season, he also earned Player of the Year in the Heart of America Athletic Conference and his third all-conference honor. Towe ranks as Central Methodist’s No. 4 all-time leading scorer (1,859 points) and is No. 2 in career assists. He set school records for games played and started in a career and for single season assists (261 in 2003).
