Fayette, Mo. - The Central Methodist Women's Basketball team took care of business against Crowley's Ridge by a final score of 97-30 Monday evening inside Puckett Field House.
Central improves to 3-2, while the Pioneers drop to 0-4.
Thirteen different players scored for the Eagles, led by the duo of Elli Teubert and Kaelyn Johnson, who each landed in double figures with 15 points. Johnson also grabbed a game-high 13 rebounds to secure a double-double. Teubert added eight rebounds, six assists, and five steals to her stat line.
Tayla Robinson dropped 10 points to go along with seven rebounds, six assists, and two steals.
Alina Riley, Trishelle Porter, and Mary Copeland each recorded nine points, followed by Asnate Gerke with eight.
CMU won the battle of the boards, grabbing 62 total rebounds compared to just 32 for the Pioneers.
Central also converted 13 three-point baskets while CRC finished the night with just two makes.
The Eagles will open Heart of America Athletic Conference play against MidAmerica Nazarene University Saturday, Nov. 15 at 5:30 p.m. inside Puckett Field House.
