Eagles Remain in Top 10 of Latest Poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Central Methodist University women's basketball program remained in the Top 10 section in the latest NAIA Women's Basketball Coaches' Top 25 Poll.

The Eagles fell one slot in the poll, claiming in the No. 9 spot after receiving 170 points. The squad is currently ranked in a number of categories including 2nd second in total assist (389) and scoring offense per game (86.73) and 4th in steals per game (15), turnover margin (9.1), total steals (315), and total scoring offense (1,822).

Central was joined in the rankings by No. 19 Clarke, No. 20 William Penn, and No. 23 MidAmerica Nazarene. Grand View is also mentioned in the "others receiving votes" section of the release.

The Eagles will return to the floor on Thursday, January 30th, with a trip to Missouri Valley College. Tipoff is set for 5:30 PM in Marshall, Mo.
