Fayette, Mo. - After a second-place finish at the Trojan Fall Tri-Match in Hannibal, Mo. on Saturday, freshman Aaron Teece has been named the Heart of America Athletic Conference Men's Golfer of the Week, as announced by the conference office Monday afternoon.
The Cedar Park, Texas native posted the highest finish of his young career, firing a single round score of 75 for second place, the highest of any Heart golfer in the triangular. Central won the three-team tournament which included 21 golfers from CMU, host Hanibal LaGrange, and Culver-Stockton College to conclude the 2020 fall season. The course featured a par 72 and 6629 total yards.
