Belt Selected as HAAC Defensive Player-of-the-Week

Central Methodist University junior Tyler Belt (Macon, Mo.) was named the Heart of America Athletic Conference Football Defensive Player-of-the-Week after recording a career-high tackles Saturday.
��
Belt, a linebacker, posted a career-high 18 tackles, including two tackles for loss in CMU's final game of the season Saturday against Baker. He also had a pass breakup in the game, giving him four on the season. Belt's 18 tackles on Saturday increased his team-best total to 96 on the season.
