Kansas City, Mo. - Twenty one members of the Central Methodist Softball program were named Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes by the national office. 

Joely Crider, Audrey Rowe, Brittany Carnes, Carly Hinton, Carly Robbins, Carolyn Corbett, Chelsea Gleba, Daly Garland, Elizabeth Palumbo, Haley Puetz, Kaysie Jolley, Kirsten Dunn, Lauren Hill, Mackenzie Allison, Macy White, Madison Gorrell, Madison Roberts, Makayla Albert, Raelyn Tanner, Ruth Francis, Sydney Carter, and Veronica Dearth are among the more than 1,000 student-athletes from across the country to be recognized. 

In order to be nominated, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.
