KANSAS CITY - Central Methodist pitcher Aubrey Utley has been named the Heart of America Athletic Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week, the league office announced Monday.

Utley claimed her second Pitcher of the Week award in the last three weeks as Central Methodist finished off a HAAC regular season championship. A junior from Trenton, Mo., she tossed 18.0 scoreless innings, including a five-inning no-hitter against Baker (Kan.). She struck out 16 in her three outings, all victories, and scattered nine hits without walking a batter.
