Fayette, Mo.- The Central Methodist competitive cheer team opened its season at the MNU Invitational Friday evening, performing virtually inside Puckett Fieldhouse.
The Eagles landed in third place after tallying a final score of 68.80 while Missouri Valley College won the event with a score of 80.17. Host MidAmerica Nazarene placed second after tallying a score of 72.75, while Benedictine College placed fourth with a score of 63.18 followed by Baker who recorded a final score of 40.43.
