Why did you get into cheerleading/dancing?
My mom's best friend's daughter was a dancer at Priscilla and Dana's, and I wanted to try it out and ended up loving it.
Name someone that impacted your life.
My grandma.
Best advice you've received?
To get rid of the things in life that don't make you happy.
How did you end up at Central Methodist?
My brother went here, and (during) my sophomore year of high school (his freshmen year), I came here for Family Day and fell in love with the campus but thought that he would never want his little sister to come to the same college as him, but at the end of my junior year, I got a text from my mom saying that Evan (my brother) should come here and try out for the dance team.
Memorable moment as a child?
Cartwheeling into my great grandma's dresser on Christmas Eve many many years ago.
If you weren't in sports, what would you be doing?
Probably the same stuff I do now outside of sports, be involved in clubs and organizations, but just be a little less busy.
What was your first job?
Assistant in a tanning, hair and nail salon.
First CD you ever purchased?
Oh gosh, NSYNC maybe?
If you had a time machine, what year would you travel to?
Somewhere in between late 1960's and early 1970's.
Name one of your talents outside of cheer/dance.
I can play the piano.
Favorite childhood toys?
Barbie's, of course.
If you could have dinner with three people, who would you choose?
Marilyn Monroe, James Dean and Abraham Lincoln.
If you could speak to an audience for five minutes, what would it be about?
The importance of getting involved in extracurricular activities.
What do you hope to be doing 10 years from now?
Living somewhere close to a beach and coordinating events and projects.
