HATTIESBURG, Miss. - The Central Methodist baseball team held its final practice Wednesday afternoon before starting the 2013 NAIA National Championship Opening Round. The squad took batting practice and worked on defensive drills at 3 p.m. CT for 55 minutes.

Tuesday's at Milton Wheeler Field had the Eagles going in their black attire and saw the team go through all aspects of the game.

No. 4-seed Central Methodist battles No. 5-seed South Carolina Beaufort on Thursday at 12 p.m. at Milton Wheeler Field on the campus of William Carey.
