Radio Broadcasts
The sports information office asks that all radio broadcasts, including webcasts, be approved through their office one week in advance of the contest.
Interviews
Members of the media wishing to conduct interviews not in a postgame setting are asked to contact Director of Athletic Communications, Shelby Scott. If an interview is desired with a player, the sports information office will have the media contact the player on the sports information office phone. Interviews of coaches should also be scheduled through the sports information office. Interviews may be conducted prior to practices during the week. Please contact the sports information office to inquire about the practice schedule. Gameday interviews will not be granted until the conclusion of the game.
Media Services
Media are invited to work in the designated areas of the respective Central Methodist venues. Seating, however, is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Media members must be granted a credential to work in the designated press area. For most facilities, Internet access is available. Statistics will be provided at appropriate breaks and at the conclusion of the game.
Postgame Procedures
Postgame interviews with Central Methodist coaches and players will be conducted following a 10-minute "cooling off " period. Members of the sports information staff will be available to assist in arranging postgame interviews. Complete statistical packets will be disseminated to the media as soon they are completed following the game.
