Fayette, Mo. The Central Methodist University volleyball team returned home on Friday evening and swept the Hannibal-LaGrange University Trojans 3-0 inside of Puckett Field House. Final scores were: 25-15, 25-16, and 25-21.

With the victory, the Lady Eagles improve to 13-5 overall, while Hannibal-LaGrange falls to 1-10 overall with the loss.

The Lady Eagles hosted just their second home match of the 2015 season, and it was a good one. In front of a nice crowd on "White-Out" night, CMU did its best to put on a show. They swept the Hannibal-LaGrange Trojans 3-0.

Central Methodist controlled the match from the very beginning. Lindsay Smith led CMU with seven kills on Friday evening. While Savvy Hughes led her team in assists with 16, and Melody Hanson led the squad with 18 digs.

The Lady Eagles are in the midst of a three-match homestand. CMU hosts Graceland University on Tuesday, beginning at 7pm inside of Puckett Field House. It is also "Couch Night" at Tuesday's match, so make plans to join us for the conference showdown between the Lady Eagles and the Yellow Jackets.
