HANNIBAL, Mo. - Central Methodist defeated Hannibal-LaGrange (Mo.) in three games Tuesday by scores of 33-31, 25-21 and 25-18. The Eagles' win avenges an upset loss to the Trojans back on September 17 in four games in Puckett Fieldhouse.

Melody Hanson came through with a double-double (11 digs, 11 assists) for Central Methodist (15-8) on Tuesday. Jordan Jackson totaled 13 kills, while Jennifer Long and Dana Peters each had five. Andrea Lopez recorded 15 digs. Christine Koepke dished out 12 assists. Taylor Russell had three service aces.

Lacey Hagan had nine kills for Hannibal-LaGrange (5-13). Josie Corbett recorded 20 digs. Kelly Gould dished out 40 assists.

Central Methodist hosts Westminster (Mo.) in the final non-conference match of the season on Wednesday, Oct. 9. First serve from Puckett Fieldhouse is set for 7 p.m. CT.
