Sophomore Paige Shipley (Sedalia, Mo.) led CMU with seven kills in the match, while senior Erica LaBoube (Berger, Mo.) finished with six and junior Morgyn Bergschneider (Archie, Mo.) added five. Junior Melanie Touchette (Millstadt, Ill.) picked up 12 digs to lead the Lady Eagles defensively. Shipley and senior Sarah Greenlee (Pevely, Mo.) each finished with seven digs. Senior Nikki Torno (St. Louis, Mo.) tallied three blocks in the match. Sophomore Sarah Lewey (Kansas City, Mo.) recorded nine assists for the Lady Eagles.

CMU dropped to 4-7 overall and 0-3 in the Heart of America Athletic Conference, while Graceland improved to 6-7 and 3-2 in the HAAC. The Lady Eagles will be back in action on their home court Saturday for a Family Day match against Benedictine College. The varsity match is scheduled to start at 3 p.m. in Puckett Field House.
