Kansas City, Mo. - Nine members of the Central Methodist Women's Track and Field program were named Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes by the national office.
Among the 1203 student-athletes from across the country to be recognized, the following CMU athletes were included; Anna Haas, Carter Hawkins, Emma Paninka, Kailey Johnson, Karli Wolfe, Lilian Patterson, Renee Finke, Sadie Burchett, and Sarah Johnson.
In order to be nominated, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.
