Fayette, Mo. - The Central Methodist Women's Soccer team found themselves at No.7 in the latest edition of the NAIA Women's Soccer Coaches' Top 25 Poll, announced by the national office this past Wednesday.
No. 22 Missouri Valley and No. 24 MidAmerica Nazarene are the other two teams in the Heart that are ranked in the Top 25. Clarke University is receiving votes.
CMU is currently 11-1-1 on the season with a 6-1 record in conference play. Central has just four regular season conference matches remaining, three of which are on the road.
The Eagles will travel to Canton, Missouri to take on Culver-Stockton College Satuday, Oct. 12 at 5:00 p.m. in Canton, Mo.

Poll Methodology:
- The poll is for publicity purposes only and has no weight or bearing in the selection process for national championship field consideration.
- A panel of head coaches representing each conference and Continental Athletic Conference (Independents) voted on the poll.
- The Top 25 is determined by a points system based on how each voter votes for the best teams. A team receives 30 points for each first-place vote, 29 for second-place, 28 points for third-place and so on through the list.
- The highest and lowest ranking for each team (a non-rating is considered a low rating) is removed.
- Teams that receive only one point in the ballot are not considered "receiving votes".
