KANSAS CITY, Mo. ---- The No. 11 nationally ranked Central Methodist women's soccer team has learned its destination for the 2017 NAIA Women's Soccer Opening Round matchup to be played on Saturday, November 18. The Eagles will travel to Indianapolis, Indiana to face No. 16 seeded Marian University.

After a historic 16-2-2 campaign, the women's soccer team earned its first postseason appearance after finishing as the Heart of America Athletic Conference regular season champion.

The selections were announced Monday afternoon, and the game time was set to 6:00 p.m. CST this afternoon.

The Eagles are matched up with the No. 16 seeded Knights, who finished the season 15-3-3, and ranked No. 14 in the latest Coaches' Poll. This will be the first postseason appearance for both programs.
