In the 74th minute, Reilly fired off a shot that the Tabor goalkeeper deflected out of the net, but Reilly was able to get to the deflected ball and shoot it into the net for her third goal this season, giving CMU a 1-0 lead, which the Lady Eagles held onto for the win. Central Methodist had plenty of opportunities to score in the match, finishing with 36 shots, including 19 shots on goal. Reilly led CMU with her five shots on goal, while sophomore Elizabeth Gayer (Columbia, Mo.) finished with four. By comparison, Tabor had just one shot in the match.

CMU improved to 2-2-1 with the win, while Tabor dropped to 0-3. The Lady Eagles will host Ottawa University in the fourth match of their five-match home stand on Tuesday. That contest is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. at Davis Field.
