Overland Park, Kan. - The 21st ranked Central Methodist University softball team had a busy Friday, that included three games and a total of 25 innings at the Heart of America Athletic Conference postseason softball tournament.

CMU finished Friday, winning two of their three games and are currently 41-15 overall.

Central Methodist fell to Avila University 4-3 in 8-innings, before defeating MidAmerica Nazarene University 2-1 in 8-innings, and Evangel University 15-8. Central will return to action on Saturday to face Avila University in a rematch at 11am.�
