WINFIELD, Kan. - Central Methodist finished ninth overall at the NAIA Mid-States Classic on Saturday. The Eagles totaled 300 points in the 8k event.

Central Methodist's Tyler Meierarend finished 41st overall in a time of 27:01.6. Brett Davis was 52nd in 27:26.7. Michael Neeley was 75th in a time of 28:23. Ryan Dickson crossed the finish line in 77th place in 28:26.2. Austin Jones was 109th in 28:51.7. Gage Lemmon was 133rd in 29:43.3. Zach Feurt was 148th in 30:15.5.�

Oklahoma City won the team portion of the meet. Wayland Baptist's Benard Keter was the top individual finisher in 24:15.8.

The Eagles take part in the Heart of America Athletic Conference Championship on Saturday, Nov. 8, at 11 a.m. CT in Peru, Neb.
