ROCK ISLAND, Ill. - Central Methodist finished 15th in Friday's Brissman/Lundeen Invitational, hosted by Augustana (Ill.) at Saukie Golf Course. The Eagles compiled 493 points in the 8k race.
The Eagles' Tyler Meierarend finished 51st overall in 26:23.1. Brett Davis placed 87th after crossing the finish line in 26:53.0. Austin Jones was 135th overall in 27:25.2 to round out the top three finishers for the Green and Black.
Chicago (Ill.) won the team portion of the meet with 74 points. Michael Carrera of Robert Morris (Ill.) was the top individual finisher in a time of 24:42.8.
Central Methodist hosts the Gary Stoner Invitational on Oct. 4.
