Oskaloosa, Iowa - The Central Methodist men's wrestling team dropped a road contest to (RV) William Penn by a score of 34-16 Thursday night in Oskaloosa, Iowa. 

After CMU fell in the first two contests, freshman Andrea Godier took down William Penn's McGwire Bottorff by Fall at 2:40 in the 141-pound bout, giving Central six-point and tying the dual at 6-6. 

The Statesmen responded and rattled off five straight wins entering the 197-pound match. Central's freshman grappler Trevor Bodine pushed his record to 9-2 with a victory over Dylan Comstock via Fall at 1:20 at 197-pounds. Brenden Shelton scored the final four points for CMU after defeating Branson Bottorff by an 8-0 major decision.
