It took the Eagles 15 minutes, until they were able to get on the board Wednesday evening. Rafael Ortiz (SR/Sao Caetano do Sul, Sao Paulo ) connected on a pass to Jackson Darnell (SO/Perth, Western Australia, Aust) to give CMU the early 1-0 lead. The combo of Darnell and Ortiz worked once more in the first half, this time Jackson Darnell sent a pass to Rafael Ortiz for the goal; giving Central a 3-0 lead. That score would hold, as the teams headed in for halftime.
In the second half, Andres Manuel Chalbaud (SR/Valencia - Estado Carabobo, Ve) found Joseph Oswin (FR/Bath, England) in the 59th minute, to extend CMU's lead to 4-0.
In the final ten minutes of the contest, Victor Machado (SO/Sao Paulo, Brazil) assisted on a Junior Kazeem (FR/London, England) goal, and Jarrid Hamilton (JR/High Ridge, Mo.) scored to close out the game and give the Eagles a 6-0 victory.
