Columbia, Mo. - The Central Methodist Reserve Men's Golf program competed in the Columbia College Spring Invitational Monday in nearby Columbia, Mo. 

The event featured 39 golfers represented by five different universities. Central placed fifth overall out of seven teams with a score of 313. 

William Woods won the event with a team score of 295, while host Columbia College placed second at 297. 

Trace Brown and Cade Basson both finished tied for 14th with a single round score of 77, while Chase Dunlap landed in the Top 20, tying for 19th with a score of 78. 

George Stevens and Ori Bartlett also competed for Central. 

The Eagles will next compete in the Oakwood Intercollegiate beginning on Monday, March 20 at the Oakwood Country Club in Edin, Okla.
