MARSHALL, Mo. - Central Methodist is in seventh place after the first day of the 2014 Heart of America Athletic Conference (HAAC) Championship which is being played at Indian Hills Golf Course. The Eagles totaled a 637 (317-320) on the Par 72 6,421-yard course.

Central Methodist's Austin Rapp and Ty Lieberman are tied for 12th overall, as each player shot a 156 after two 18-hole rounds Monday. Rapp shot a 78 in each round, while Lieberman carded a 77 in the first round and 79 in the second. Ryan Rost is tied for 27th overall with a 162 and shot an 81 in each round. Brendan Ross is tied for 29th with a 163 (81-82). Trevor Cooley sits 32nd overall with a 165 (82-83).

Culver-Stockton (Mo.) leads the team portion after Monday with a 605 (309-296). Kelley Thompson of Baker (Kan.) leads all individuals with a two-round low of 148 (73-75).

No live scoring will be available Tuesday, the final day of the HAAC Championship.

The winner of the event secures the league's automatic berth into the�63rd Annual NAIA Men's Golf National Championship May 13-16 at�LPGA International in Daytona Beach, Fla.
