Trio Named CSC Academic All-District

Fayette, Mo. - Three members of the Central Methodist Football program earned 2024 CSC Academic All-District honors in the NAIA Division.

The 2024 Academic All-District® Football teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.

The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes football honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.

Seniors Evan Workman, Cooper Tillman, and Samual Tillman were the three Eagles representing Central. It marks the first academic all-district honors for each of the three players.

Workman, a native of St. Louis, Missouri, appeared in all 11 games for the Eagles on special teams as a punter. He averaged a career-best 37.2 yards/punt including 22 punts inside the 20.

Both Cooper and Samual started in all 11 games on the offensive line for Central. Both are mathematics majors from Pea Ridge, Arkansas.
