Kansas City, Mo. - The Central Methodist Football program garnered two selections on Heart of America Football South Division All-Conference teams, which were announced by the conference office.
Junior running back Dawan Lomax and senior linebacker Dylan Holt represented CMU. Lomax landed on the second team, while Holt earned an Honorable Mention nod.
Lomax, a native of Boonville, Missouri, appeared in all 11 games for the Eagles, carrying the ball 147 times and totaling 545 yards on the ground. Altogether, he scored four rushing touchdowns which included the game winning score against William Woods on Nov. 2. Lomax also caught 12 passes for 102 yards and a receiving touchdown.
Holt played in all 11 games for Central in his final season. The native of Altenburg, Missouri registered 69 total tackles for an average of 6.3 tackles/game. He also added two forced fumbles, a sack, and an interception to his stat line.
