In addition to the intra-squad match-up of coach Jody Ford's troops, the Central Methodist baseball team will play Heart of America Athletic Conference opponent Culver-Stockton (Mo.) in a doubleheader starting at 1 p.m.
Also taking place that Saturday on campus will be the volleyball Spring Game in Puckett Fieldhouse at 11 a.m. and a women's soccer exhibition doubleheader.
The women's soccer team hosts William Penn (Iowa) and Westminster (Mo.) at Davis Field. The Eagles battle the Statesmen at 1 p.m. before squaring off with the Blue Jays at 4 p.m. William Penn and Westminster kickoff at 2:30 p.m.
While there will be no tickets issued for the football Spring Game, Eagle fans are encouraged to bring canned food items that will be collected and distributed to the Fayette Ministerial Alliance Food Pantry as part of the University's Champions of Character program.
As part of the game day atmosphere, Central Methodist will once again be open for fans to come and enjoy tailgating prior to the football game and baseball doubleheader. Live video and radio for the Black and Green Spring Game will be available online at cmueagles.com starting at 5:30 p.m.
