Cleveland, Ohio - Central Methodist Athletics has moved to No. 19 in the winter release of the NAIA Learfield IMG College Directors' Cup standings.
The Eagles tallied 108 total points through the winter season, picking up 83 points from women's basketball for their semifinal appearance in the NAIA National Championship. Men's basketball also added 25 points with their appearance in the Opening Round of the national tournament.
Through the fall and winter seasons combined, Central has totaled 349 points. CMU trails No. 3 overall ranked Grand View, who has 617.25 points. Other Heart programs to note in the College Director's standings are William Penn (No. 26 - 315.50), Benedictine (No. 60 - 187.50), Missouri Valley (No. 63 - 180), and Baker (No. 69 - 165).
Overall there are 186 schools represented across the nation in the NAIA Division.
