Tim Crowley hired as Assistant Athletic Director/Director of Game Operations and Events

Fayette, Mo. - Vice President for Student Life & Athletics, Natasha Wilson, has announced the hiring of Tim Crowley as the Assistant Athletic Director/Director of Game Operations & Events at Central Methodist University.

"We are extremely excited to have Tim on board as the new Assistant AD/Director of Game Operations and Event Management," said Wilson. "His time in the Heart of America Athletic Conference as both a coach and administrator make him the perfect fit to lead our game operations staff and as a liaison to the office of Student Life."

Crowley comes to Fayette after serving as the Facilities Manager at St. Matthew Catholic Church in Elk City, Oklahoma for the past five years. As Facilities Manager, he oversaw all aspects of the 55,000 square foot facility including; capital projects, supervision of seasonal and part-time employees, and scheduling and maintenance of all buildings, grounds, and vehicles.

Paired with his duties at St. Matthew, Crowley also served as a game-day operations supervisor for Kids, Incorporated for three years. During his time, Tim oversaw the gameday operations of numerous youth programs including umpire supervision and instruction, facilities readiness, crowd control and safety, and public relations.

Tim is no stranger to athletics or the Heart of America Athletic Conference, as he was the head softball coach at Benedictine College from 2001-2013. Crowley also served as the Heart Conference Softball Chair for two years and was the Residence Director at Benedictine.

Crowley obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Education from Graceland College in 1996 and his Masters of Sport Science in Sports Management from the United States Sports Academy in 2001.

He is set to begin his duties on August 30th.
