The Cox Softball Complex was completed in the spring of 2007.
Central Methodist dedicated the clubhouse in the name of Dr. Ralph E. Knowles Jr. at the Cox Softball Complex. Dr. Knowles presented Central Methodist with a gift of $100,000 last July to help make improvements to Cox Softball Complex. Central Methodist matched Knowles' gift of $100,000 as well.
The new clubhouse, which was built in 2015, measures 28 feet by 50 feet and consists of a spacious locker room, a laundry room, a restroom and a conference meeting room area. One of the key features is a vestibule connecting the facility to the first-base dugout, with a keypad-secured entry into the clubhouse. The locker room measures 799 square feet and each locker includes a solid oak front facing with an oak stain and measures 24 inches wide by 20 inches deep and 77 inches high.
