COMMUNICATIONS/SPORTS INFORMATION
Job Description & Qualifications: The sports information intern will report to the Sports Information Director and will assist the department with the publicity of all 24 of Central Methodist’s sports teams. The sports information intern will be responsible for writing press releases, designing publications, and compiling statistics and records for dissemination to all internal and external constituencies, including, but not limited to, the media, community, and opposing teams. The sports information intern will also assist in the maintenance of the athletic department's website and other duties as assigned. Knowledge and ability to edit video is a plus. Work can and will include some nights and weekends.
Compensation: Course credit (1-3 hours)
ATHLETIC ADMINISTRATION
Job Description & Qualifications: Central Methodist University is offering an extensive internship program utilizing interns in various aspects of Athletics Administration. Athletics Administration Interns will be provided the opportunity to learn a great deal about their specific area of interest while also gaining valuable hands-on experience in the successful overall operation of an NAIA Department of Athletics. Our internship program provides direct experience in Compliance, Game Operations, Administrative Assistance, Fundraising, Ticket Sales, and Facility Management.
Compensation: Course credit (1-3 hours)
