Coleman Lee enters his first season as head coach of the Central Methodist volleyball program. He spent the previous two seasons as an assistant coach under Allison Jones-Olson.
In those two seasons, Lee helped guide the Eagles to a 56-20 record, including a trip to the NAIA Women’s Volleyball National Championship for the first time in school history. During his time at Central Methodist, Coach Lee has helped train three All-Americans, two Heart Players of the Year and 11 All-Conference selections
Prior to arriving at Central Methodist, Lee spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Westminster College. He helped lead the team to an overall record of 41-24 and two conference championship appearances.
Lee has served as the Director of Operations at H2 Columbia since 2015. In those four seasons, he has sent over 35 student-athletes on scholarships to the collegiate level. He has placed three H2 Columbia squads in the top 25 of the HOA Region in every season, including three top-15 finishes and multiple Elite 8 appearances at national qualifiers. Lee also operates college preparatory camps across the state of Missouri and continues to grow the game of volleyball at the highest and most competitive level possible in mid-Missouri.
Prior to his time on a college bench, Lee had stints as the head coach at both Wheaton and Fulton High School.
Lee is a 2010 graduate of Drury University where he received a Bachelor's Degree in History and his Elementary Teaching Certificate.
